yes it would, but there are mo SSE/SSEi'* in my area that I could get the from.

Like Jimmy hinted -if you can get the whole dash get it. The stock SE rear dash is gonna have to come out for this mod, so you might as well make it as easy as possible and just slip the SSE/SSEi dash in it'* place. I did this mod on my old 1992 SE and 1994 SLE, but never did get the tweeters hooked up. Just had that cool look factor to it.

OBE is right the rear deck has to come out, along with the rear seat lower and upper parts
Garb the rear has a 6x9 and a tweeter similar to the front but sightly different, the stock tweeter out of the front door will fit into the rear grille
