The GTP? Why would I post pictures of a Grand Prix on a Bonneville forum??? I would never do such a thing! Seriously though, I took pics of the GTP at the same time as the SSEi, but I felt that I post about Grand Prixs a lot on here, and I don't want to over do it, seeing that this is a Bonneville forum. But, since you asked, I have to post them now, don't I. Here are a few of them in no particular order:

In case anyone was wondering there is no airbox or air filter because we took it out to get to the PCM, because we had to send that in to get some programming done to it. (they need to change it for the 3.29 gears that are going in, they have to add the adjustable timing to it, and get rid of the EGR code, and the rear 02 sensor code). That way when the 3.29 gears get swapped in, we can just plug in the PCM at the transmission shop and drive it away, until then we can just use the stock PCM and get some really low shifts and horrible fuel tables.

you should stick one of those turbo motors in that bertta then that will be a low 14 second car with nothing done to the motor

For your information it is 115...but that doesn't matter. Who needs that analog crap when they can just look at the HUD? We've had it up to 125 (believe me, it didn't take long to get there), but with the stock tires, and being in Detroit traffic, we figured that was good enough. It will be nice this next racing season when it hopefully almost buries the speedometer in the 1/4 mile. (we are shooting for 110-112mph trap speeds, and hopefully at least one 11.99 run, but we will see what happens)

I would but:

1) My dads Turbo Grand Prix will already run low 14'* now that we have done a few more little mods and had the computer learn a little.
2) The frame on the Beretta is all bent to ****, if you go over ~35mph the car shakes like crazy, which is why I am 99.999% sure it is totaled.
3) For $500 I can make mine run low 14'*. (a chip, ud pulley, motor mounts, and some of my skillful launching)
4) I don't wanna take that engine out of one of our cars, because the cars are rare, and it would completely kill their value.
5) I don't really like Berettas, especially white ones, and the purple pinstripes don't help it either.

Looking good there. My ssei has been in that garage in that exact same spot! Need to clear those corners. The GTP is looking good as usual. Too bad to hear about your sisters problems. Where'* the old truck? Finally sell it? They've got a nice 3 car garage, my dream someday.

I would clear the corners, but my mom said she likes the appearance of the car just how it is. I showed her pics of your car to try to convince her, and she said it looked sweet, but she doesn't want her car to look like that. I was confused. So whatever... We did sell the truck. It was sometime in late September I think, a guy came up and offered us exactly what we were asking, so off it went. It was pretty nice, but my dad will just buy another old car next summer. He usually buys one at the beginning of the summer, fixes it up, and sells it at the end. That way he can have fun with an old car, and make some money at the same time. (not huge amounts, just usually 2 or 3 grand)
