Bandit, it requires VERY careful layout and cutting. I have one set of the large vents remaining. No screen, but that'* cheap.

Pat, I have the smaller vents, but they're not going in the hood. They're going elsewhere.

oooo i thought that the orignal plan was to use both sets of vents on the hood.....tricky bastard...

i really want to do the vents.....and you have a large set left...hrmmmm

Too damn tired to link you to the other topic.
I was like 99.999% sure they were the same vents that are on my T/A, but just wanted to verify. Any 3rd Gen T/A should have those vents on it, shouldn't have to be a GTA. I do think I remember seeing another post about them now that I think about it.

And thats what happens when you use the other guys wax on your hood, the paint falls off.
Bills car is now running so fast, the paint actually removed itsefl.

Looking good. I need to get the template from you. Maybe something in Poster board that you can line up with the center line of the hood, trim the top edge by the windshield, and then cut out where we are supposed to cut. That way it can just be reversed to do both sides. I hopefully can get a new hood soon so I can do this on that one instead of mine.

Do yours. Look at John'* in the 'seattle mini-meet' topic.

No template necessary. I can give you the measurements necessary. John'* install was the key to success. I modified my openings based on what we did to his.
