Changed my brakes and rotors today...EEEWWWW!!!
Put some RSM Slotted rotors and some Raybestos quietstops on my car today. The old pads fell apart in my hands!! The rotors look ok on the front but the backs are worn pretty thin. Probably the trash for them although ill take em to see if they can be turned just to have an extra set lying around.
Out with the old and busted...In with the new hotness...

Cool, looks like you'll have some much improved stopping power!!! Did you notice that the brake pad material on the Quiet Stops actually covers the entire steel backing plate, unlike the stock ones?
Interesting...the 2000 model has knuckles, calipers and brackets just like the W-bodies...hmmmmmmmmmm.
Cheers,

Those rotors look nice. I may have to try upgrading, since the stock ones don't seem to handle the heat from mountain driving very well. It sure doesn't take much to warp them.

Oh man those rotors look sexy...
Yea... you've gotta paint your calipers... it looks so wrong w/o paint.
What color were you thinking? Silver, Gold, Yellow, Red?
