The GM tech said yes to the air struts and ELC, and no F'n way to the dash and climate control swap. At least at this time.

Don, are those spring specs correct? I have FE2 rear springs still not in the car, but I wasn't sure if they would be stiffer or softer then the FE1, due to the ELC.

ok Day 2 and got alot done.....all the wiring is in and the lines are all in the factory locations....the best part is THE ELC WORKS, comprtessor kicks on, the struts fill and the shrader valve in the trunk pushes out air
wiring layed out wating installation
here is the wiring for the ELC relay, ran it through the existing hole i had for my power wire, i also loomed all of this
relay mounted in the stock location in the relay center'
wiring for the relay inside the car ran on the fire wall
Wires that run to the compressor ran though the good release cable (man was this work getting the wires and the air to go thru......holy crap
here you can see the grommet
i have more pics buit im tired of the wiring...lol

Dude, that thing'* not even an SLE anymore. You currently lose rights, and must promptly put car back together and deliver to my home.
Good luck man, and that car is very quickly turning to my favorite. (venom, you better get on the ball.)

Since Pat is too busy driving the boosted car...I'll update
GM Tech said ok to 8 more wires.. for the HUD. The new dash went in with HUD but no ECC.
Pretty good undertaking in my book. Pat and hisDad deserve a good pat on the back for making it happen..
Now....let'* get some pics with that car'* back end not laying on the ground as usual.
