That might be your best bet. The pic I posted was just a reference pic for the "leather" thats on the upper panel. Mine is a beige, similar to yours. It might be a lot of work to do what I was thinking..I'm not good with upholstery..hell, I can't even sew a button on my shirt and it stay on

So are there clips on the back of the original peice? or does it just slide in? Maybe you could get some flat metal grilles in the junk yard and cut to fit in there..

They're a real pain to get out, if they're what i think they look like. The door panels themselves are hard enough to get off. The panels in the back doors of my car were basically destroyed when I got it. Every other clip had been broken when the PO tried changing the rear window motors. They also broke the clips on the power window switches in all 4 doors

Yeah, thats what they were, and i think they just didn't care. I'm guessing they were getting ready to sell the car when they done it, so they done it quick and careless. I bought it off a used car dealer, so I never actually met the po. I don't know if he was the kind of person who don't care about the quality of the work, as long as its done.

probably, some people just dont care.. my car will either be parted out or sold to be parted out.. unless someone really wants it to drive, I cant really do anything with it unless I fix it up and get it off salvage title.. so im not being AS careful as I would if it were a newer car.. its more of a practice/project/daily driver car now... of course i still care about it but i dont plan on dumping a ton of money into it anymore

Same here. I used to take really good care of my truck..never spent a lot of money on mods, but I kept it running like new, and always kept it clean until I wote it off. Now I don't get so attached to my car, cause I know i'll only be getting rid of it in a couple years anyways. I think you wouldn't have a problem selling you car to someone as a driver. You have a lot of tasteful mods that I think most younger people would like.

Well when I sell it all the speakers, the stereo, amp, and lights are getting taken out of it, I'll probably clean the stickers off it too.

A few people have shown interest in it, so they will be the first ones I contact when it comes time to say goodbye.
