land of the polar bears thats great. right now the days are 30c 32 c i dont now what that is in f and the winters are freekin cold up here.

I chose the factory look. We all have the mounting holes for them. GM makes them and they are found on caddy'* and some B'villes etc.
Running side by side with Pat'* 93 SLE (same cooler on his), my temps are about 30-60 degrees cooler at any given time. The 65 does not seem to heat up like the 60'* do.

Yeah the 65'* don't get as hot as the 60-E, but warm enough... I like the temps you see after the cooler Bill...
The 60-E'* get a bit warmer, and 20-30F higher than a 65 E seems normal to me...
The 60( aka THM440-T4 ) gets hotter than that... They have gotten better with the improvements to the transmissions... But heat is still a killer on a trans...

I like both those installs, tranny coolers sure help a lot, especially in this FL heat. My 96 SE SC parts car had one stock, but the tranny was fried, I thought about installing with my swap. Of course I decided not to because BLACK fluid was ran through it, that would kill a new tranny for sure. I'll have to get one of those RV units also :P
