I got my "C" done today!!
I finally started this project. I am so impressed with other member'* results that I have to do one for myself!
The only tool used (so far). First with a cut-off wheel, then with this shaving burr.

It is rough. When I'm done "carving" the letters I'm gonna re-sand the letters, then mask them off (inside) and repaint the inside black.
