Default New Engine Pics

Well, i painted the intake, made a cold air box, painted the rad cover, painted the lettering on the engine cover, and the biggest one is i painted the valve cover.

took quite a while. The intake used to be red, but for me the red didnt turn out very good so i sanded it down and re painted it. Then i took the valve cover off and sanded that smooth and painted it 2 tone. THe stipes in the middle are silver, and the other part is dark gray. My sticker on my rad cover was coming off so i ripped it off and painted the cover gray. THe cold air box took a while because of trying to get it to fit properly and at first i was making it from metal. I decided to go plexy glass with a metal bottom. Trying to figure out how to mount it was tricky too.

Looks nice and clean. What temp paint did you use for the valve covers?

wow u really went all out on that one!
And i thought my 20 minute citrus orange clean jobs turned out good!
