We had a great time at the Mod Day! Got to meet lots of people and get my hands dirty too. Thanks to everyone who came out!!
We waited for a year and a half for HP Tuners to crack the GXP'* Cadillac-based PCM code. Once they told us they weren't going to do it, we pretty much scrapped all plans for GXP mods. We had envisioned turbo kits and a few other fun things, but without PCM access, this would be a logistical nightmare.
Just to clarify, INTENSE hasn't ever been about the profit. I started this business as an extension of one of my hobbies. I get the opportunity to meet a lot of nice people, help them make their cars faster, and provide decent salaries to some friends and their families. I draw no salary whatsoever from INTENSE and any and all profit after expenses is fully reinvested in future product development.
And there still are no intense mods for the Bonneville GXP...........
there'* no profit in the small group of people that do want to mod.

Scott, didn't mean to speak for you...
I should have clarified that there was not enough demand for the suppliers you have to deal with, like HPTuners, to justify a GXP aftermarket.
And yes, Scott and the rest of the guys at INTENSE are the shiznit.
I maintain that putting the N* in the GXP was a mistake. They're excellent cars, no doubt, but business-wise, they were a huge failure.
The cost and fuel considerations drove most buyers in that market away. They should have just updated the SSEi to the Series3, and waited for the LS4 before bring out the GXP.

This event turned out very well. I had a great time. Its always fun to help people out with mods, as is getting to know new people as well.
I probably would've stayed around longer to go to the restaurant with the Bonnie guys but I needed to get some sleep. I had an hour of sleep the night before, and I had to work last night from 10pm to 6am. Got home around 6:30 though so I did get about 3hrs. of sleep before work. It would've been nice to stay but obviously my schedule wouldn't allow.
I think everyone had a great time and I can't wait for the next one.
