Default New custom grill pictures - 96 bonneville

The following pictures I recently took of the grill job I did on my '96 bonneville. I'm only 20 and this was my first custom project, so taking that all under consideration, I think I did pretty well for myself. All together it took me about 6 hours. Hope you like it!

Looks like good craftsmanship.... but I'm not sure if I like the style to be honest.

What is the main material made of? Does it pass air easily?

Good job, the workmanship looks excellent, just not sure on the style.
But at least it stands out as something new.

It'* made out of a 3' sheet of steel screen grill, the half-circles were cut out using a cardboard pattern with some wire cutters and a small handsaw, then finished with chrome door trim. The screen grill is just bent over the original frame, and the middle was cut out using a sabre-saw with a medium sized blade (and then filed down for smoothness). I had to put the hole in so I could access the hood latch, the other hole is just added for symmetry really. It does pass air easily, there'* a lot of free space and it'* not too tight next to the radiator.
