well i hit a yaris sedan from behind when i was on my way to work with a little hurry when a saw that yaris sedan i hit the brakes and they dint work and i was like O O O **** BANG!!! and i hit the yaris . When i hit it i also hit my head with the steering wheel

Were you wearing your seat belt? Whenever I've come to quick stops the belt locks up and holds me in place.

yes i was wearing the seatbelt it did not lock and the airbags dint come out

I wasnt late i step on them and they dint stop the car not even a bit
