The insurance company is BSing with me right now trying to say it was the other guys fault. They don't know I work for an insurance company and know the law when it comes to this stuff. I had to correct them on a few things regarding that matter. A rear end is a rear end... you are at fault and you must pay... lol

Man, Im sorry to hear about the accident. Im glad that your brother is ok! I also had a 97 SE Bonneville myself and I also got in a rear-end collision. Mine was no where near as bad though. I hope that everything works out in the end! Keep us posted!

It seems like nobody ever gets hurt in these boneville crashes . It still sucks to hear it happen though . Hopefully it will all work out for the better.
