the Low beams are a 4" and the Highs are a 5" diameter. I reasealed the lens with some GE household glue Silicon II....i sealed around the outside of the lens....no water will be gettin in

Pat, to get the reflector effect tamed down a bit, immerse your halo rings in a shallow pan of water, with the back side (the reflector side). The water will 'mask' the front side that'* down it it. Then you can spray paint black on the back side.
Your reflectors won't pick up the back side reflection any more.

i guess i should update...i ripped apart the Headlights again...i took some silver paint on the back of the halos....it cut down some of the reflection....also the camera makes it like the reflection iswaaaay worse than it is actually is........its better now tho....
