My '96 SSEi (56k no no)
[/img]
Bought it with 130k, have put nearly 10k on since then and haven't had a problem yet. (typical 3.8 ) I've now changed up the intake and ran it where the catch can was prior, completely hacked off the muffler to get it ready for dual mufflers (actually sounds pretty good, kinda loud though), and have a 3.5" pully from zzp. It will have nightshaded taillights soon, clear corners and a few other subtle appearance changes. Nevermind the date on the camera, it'* obviously wrong.. And yes, it'* majestic teal.

WOW!!!!!!!! That is sharp.
I can't say that I've seen it around. Bet you wish it was as nice today as it was the day the pics were taken. :(
I like the BWI, but I suggest some header wrap or something along that line to protect it from heat soak. I have to admit I'm guilty of this also.
Looks a lot like my 99 would when I get it together in the next week or so (not sure I want to use the chromies on it though, but they sure do look good on your car).

Thanks guys. It'* still is as flawless as the day I bought it and I've loved it ever since, don't know why you said I wish it still was OLBlueEyesBonne. And on the note of my intake, If you read the bottom I said that I changed it and it'* now going where the evac. canister was, and that I now have a 3.5" pully. And the best part is I got the car (it was completely stock) for $4,400 and had 130k on it. Not bad considering my dad payed $8,000 for his '98 STS and mine is just as fast stock for stock (love the STS though, N* for life!).

Do you know if the car came with the chrome torque stars or if they were added later?
