My 1995 series 2 l36 tring to pull a bonnie stock weak look
This is my 1995 bonnie sle 0-95 notice the car sitting at 6000 rpm in 2nd at 90 i had top let off it wouldn't shift is there something most likly wrong with my car??

Its been awhile since i gave er to that high of a speed i dont remeber the hp droping that much over 5.5k but i knew it droped a bit

I redid this and it was definately better had more gas in it and changed the oil will make another post in about 1/2 hr to show

After seeing that I'll bet the speedo is about 3 mph fast, and the tach may be showing 100 More Rpms than actually at the top of the rev band...
Looks like a 6000 rpm shift to me

I think it might be your selenoid but my car did that for a while because it had a bad crankshaft positioning sensor you should bring it to your local auto store and have them computer it. does it stall at all? or idle rough? if so you have a bad sensor somewhere.
