Default Help with power mirrors on a suburban

Anybody know where to find a schematic? Neither mirror works and I put a used control switch in and they still don't work. All the fuses are good, and I don't think all the motors would go bad all at once.

i bet the chiltons or haynes manual at the local autoparts/book store could give enough detail.

what have you done to troubleshoot? i assume the 1995 mirror is pretty basic [i see some newer ones have power fold, turn signals, so on so forth].

pull switch back out and use a test light to see what is power coming it/where it goes. i bet the switch is not grounding and even though the switch is working the current has no where to go.

are they heated? I hope you dont have to replace them. my mom took one off a few years ago backing out of the garage, and it was like $300

I have the haynes and it sucks. All I have is just the basic mirrors, no heat, flashers etc.

The problem with ts without the drawing is this: Everything is plastic and there are no clearly labelled hot and ground. The switch mounts into a plastic panel that snaps into the door. There is 2 black leads (1 has a white stripe) and no red leads. I can't really tell which leads are for what.

Next week I am going to try the local library, but the last time i looked they just had general repair info. Nothing specific.
