well, its been parked for a while now, i think ti was parked in the shed around 76' and it hasnt moved since

A little Simple Green and some water...it will look...well it will look like....like a pile of mud that smells like Simple Green!

Would be an awesome restoration project for someone bored, rich and partially criminally insane.

Here'* an idea:

Hook it up to a tow cable, and have it towed through a lake. Easiest and fastest way I can think of getting all that grim off it.
