thanks lots guys! its nice to know someone noticed i hadnt posted in awhile

just curious---i dont have one to compare, but its a fender-well intake possible on a bonne? i never really looked at my 99 while i had it. the fenders looked too thin, but perhaps there was lots of extra space.

yeah, the sub is big and ugly.....i think perhaps im going to move that to my other grand prix that i dont really care what it looks like. i might put a 12" JL in this car instead.....im sure the 15" weighs me down considerably. the 12 would also be easier to remove for when i race.

The 92-99 body style Bonnevilles have evap canisters in the place where we put our fender well intakes. They work very nicely there, and especially with my bumper having been torn away at by the previous owner, there'* lots of clearance!

That'* a VERY nice vehicle.

For some reason when I heard the exhaust, I was thinking I was watching an SSEi video... and then it started and I said wait a minute :? Then my brain did a hard reset and looked up at the badges lol.

Well done.
gxps are nice, but you cant deny the bang for the buck modability of the supercharged v6.

Nice car, I thought the exhaust sounded awesome. Very deep.
What did you do to the exhaust?

Either way, you can't add to much without thinking about the transmission, bolt on mods to the Series 3 blown 3800 or a stock GXP (5.3 smallblock) is to close to the limit that the tranny can handle.

Its the little things about the GP GXP that I like more 1) proper quad exhaust outs (not those stupid pig snouts the GTP has) 2) the Pontiac dart on the steering wheel, instead of the GP badge on my GTP 3) the chrome ring around the HVAC vents 4) the GXP fog lights are so much better....

I could go on...

indeed, based on some of the things ive heard from others im on borrowed time as it is. someone in a stock gxp has had 5 transmissions already......

exhaust, intake, and hp tune are my only engine mods while im under warranty ---there is supposedly a turbo kit coming out from cartuning, but might as well save up for a built tranny as well.

Do you know if the chrome ring around the vents are available anywhere? I really want them.
