Not the cup o' tea of you GM guys, but it'* what I'm in the makings of for my car(minus the big blower blister on the drivers side of the hood).

I can't get the vid to play on this laptop, but it should work for those who have the right codecs(everyone else but my sister'* craptop).

It'* called "working with what you have". That hood was purchased and didn't have enough cowl. He had to cut holes in the hood and redo it so that it had enough clearance for the engine. Sometimes you can't simply "make it fit" under a stock hood. That is a AGE Classic Cobra R hood for a T-Bird.

Jake was driving for that video. It looked like it turned out better to me but sorry it wasn't up to snuff. He'* trying to sell the car. Maybe someone can buy it from him? 12k is reasonable for the work done. It'* a 13.6 car with a driver over 300 lbs and a road course suspension setup, 7 point roll cage, and a heavy duty rear cross brace(big steel I-Beam). Basically it'* an NPI 5.4L 2v running 7lbs actual boost(guage reads 1 lb high).

And he'* only shifting at 5600 RPM....

The chip in it is only a single bank(only modifies engine parameters and shift points). The Tranny doesn't have shifts, it has shifted. There is no "in between" time for shifting. It'* done and over with. What that car needs is a 4 bank chip with modified tranny parameters. It screams now (I know. I've driven it.... hard). It'd really scream with lockup configs set to a higher stall speed for 2nd gear, and maybe a little more commanded line pressure.
