Default Lexus

Check out this Lexus at the track.. Sounds like a gun firing off everytime he shifts it.

Yummy, sounds like a 1JZ or 2JZ (more likely) inline-six swap.

Love that exhaust note, though yeah, that backfired-ness is kinda weird. I'd rather hear blow-off valve.

Same motor, different car, 10.78 @ 125mph

repinS would know . My old 5M-GE could keep up with that, no problem =).

1991-1992, I reckon. Automatic transmission (4000rpm stall), STREET tires if I'm right. 1.5 second 60 foot time to accompany that 10.78 @ 125 run.

It'* Shane'* (DRAGME on the Cress forums) "1JZ-747". A daily driven car.

I liked it all the way up until he shifted it. Then I kinda got scared. That didn't sound healthy at all.

Inline sixes always sound funky on boost. You should here this local nut who did a turbo build on his 300ci Ford F-150. Sounds like crap, idles like a diesel with bad injectors, runs 11s.
