That is NOT a Dodge Dynasty. That is a Dodge Aries with the Shelby tuned turbo four.

It has been done.
There are any number of turboDodges running 10s, and a few that are even into the 9s on stock blocks. Some of them are even daily drivers. The turbo MOPAR motors are easily the strongest inline 4cyl motors in the world.

Actually, it'* a Plymouth Reliant. It'* called "Relentless" and it belongs to a guy named Gary Donovan. Check it out here; www.thedodgegarage.com
Also the car doesn't run the common block, which is considered the better motor, and that video is at least 4 years old.
