Default Throttle position sensor (TPS) signal voltage

Locate your TPS on the throttle body. Lift on the tab and wiggle while you pull the plug out. Pull on the plug, not the wires.

Now use your multimeter and connect the red probe to the gray wire and the black probe to the black wire. With the key at the run position, with engine off. You should get a 5volt signal.
