Default looking for experience with engine support bars

Was talking to a guy about engine support bars to hold my engine in the air while dropping the trans and cradle. Looking for any experience about them, pros and cons, ones to avoid, 2- or 3-legged, whatever?

Thanks

I'm not sure if you have acess to a welder, but I made my own using square tubing, all thread and some eye bolts.
