Locate your IAC valve, it'* on the side of your throttle body. Unplug the valve by lifting the tab, then wiggle and pull the plug, do not pull on the wires.

There are two screws holding the valve in place. One at about 10 O clock. These screws are very snug.

To remove the valve you will have to twist and pull, it'* a tight fit because there is a rubber O ring.

Before installing the new valve, lube the rubber O ring with a lite oil, otherwise you risk damaging the O ring. Push in with a slight twist, line up the screw holes and install screws. Plug valve back in.
