No, you could configure it on the GM car maker thing. Doesn't mean they'd make it. I think they just wanna get rid of the sle/ssei body alltogether, as 3 different body sets is pricey.

Personally the GXP looks the part of a sporier sedan much better IMHO. They're also making it simpler for things like the bumper, since all of the seperate lights are in fog light spots now. The Bonneville lineup looks much closer to eachother, since they changed it in 92.
Pontiac'* been on a "De-cladding" rampage since the aztec made it'* debut. It'* for the better IMO.

At the top of the page there is a poll for what Bonneville I own. I own an SSE, not an SSEI or any of the other ones. I was just curious to see whats up with that.

Only reason I spotted that difference is cause of the chrome wheels. Actually it works out well, (even tough I wish they just kept all three body styles apart completly) Idiots might think you have the real deal. Basically it'* the same as an SCSSE to and SSEi would be? if it comes with the V8 engine why bother labeling it an SLE anymore?
Kinda remind me of how in 2001 when the Grand Prix'* started making there SE grill look like a GT or GTP and people that didnt notice trims that well would get the car and realize later on down the road they didnt have the car they thought they had because of making cars look like something else. At that time you had to really pay close attention to the bottom of the grill and if it was gray at the bttom it was a GT or GTP but if it was the same color all around then it was an SE.

I have a 2004 SLE. The 2004 SLE is the last Bonneville with the fog lamps in the middle of the bumper and close together. Interesting that Pontiac would drop the nose design for the 2005 model year.
