Got it, I have a question... I was arguing with a friend that the C302 injectors will flow 27lb/hr at 55psi. He said it'll flow 24lb/hr. I used the calculator here http://www.megamanual.com/v22manual/minj.htm

Tell me that I'm right

let'* see.... they're rated at 19 lb/hr at 39PSI.... running them at 55 makes 22.6 according to that calc.... withhunter says the same.

It'* coming down to the little things now. I have to put the Incoming Air Temp sensor somewhere. On the TGP it was on the side of the UIM. I believe the 3500 has it somewhere on the intake ducting.

The large vacuum port on the 3500 UIM for the brake booster is the right thread for the IAT off of the TGP, so I could put it there, but I still need vacuum for my brakes since it'* converted from the old PM3. Could I run a brake booster off of a smaller port? How hard will it be to drill/tap/weld the IAT into a charge pipe (or intercooler I guess)?

Ideas? I'm open to anything.

couple of thoughts: you want the IAT to be at the core of the airstream for best accuracy. ideally, it would be in the plenum, right after the TB, but that would be one hell of a time getting setup, so i would be looking to put it in the charge pipe right in front of the TB.

you CAN run the booster off of a smaller port and it won't effect operation too much(so long as you don't need to pump the brakes rapidly). it'* actually an old trick to keep the booster from messing with the MAP signal too much when it operates by inserting a restrictor into it'* vacuum line.

Im going to run it off a smaller port then, I think the IAT will get a good reading in the large port.
