Default fiero trans problems

My old 4t60e died , so bought another for salvage yard suppose to have 4ok miles looks new but... well got it in and all but it acts like it is taking off in 3rd gear. once you get moving everything is fine except initial take off till you get to 20-30 mph new filter new fluid, SES light came on only code come up was 58 and 26 58 is pats I know it is there 26 is quad driver A and it has always been on... anyone have a problem like this?? if so what was cure?? another trans?? btw trans is a 94-95 i guess computer / engine is 93 from a bonneville ssei.

are you sure that the new trans is the correct ratio, and out of the samy year car

this is what i found i know this trans has to be newer, after post i tried driving car again found the pulg into trans undone . plugged it upop same thing,, tag on trans is 5bxw that diagram shows differant wiring,,,, would this possiable be my problem? if so how do i know if it is 3 or 4 sol. trans??

a trans fron a different year will have differnet wiring on the inside

ok rewried it , fixed problem but pin f I dont have anything for " low discrete switch"??? any idea what it is?

Umm, according to my manual, F and G are for the temp sensor. A is solenoid A
B is Blue solenoid, C is PWM, D is TCC/VCC, E just ties into the previous sensors.

i have tried rewiring it so many differant ways , every way 1st works great but a slight hesitation shifting to 2nd then will not down shift back to 1st

i found out mine is a 95 trans is it possiable to rewire this to work with the 93 pcm? I wired it best I could figure out but seems to have a trans temp sensor where my pcm is does not look for it , any issues there?

Awesome that was exactly what I needed... not sure if it runs right just yet..... i have an extra wire to TCC brake I have no place for and my throttle cable broke....
but thank you that reassures me that i do have it wired correctly
did you find them online ???
