I did not replace the filter yet, but I plan to ASAP.
I am not sure what the difference is, both gaskets look the same to me, if the pics are correct.
For your car both are listed as fits, for my 2006 only 24227477 says it fits.
Both should be for 4 Spd, 4T60E/4T65E transmissions, I tried to find out what TF means in the model number, but found nothing.
