anything is possible, im gona try the belt thing, if its the same, im just gona take off the SC it shouldnt take long its a small job

Once the belt is off you can then turn the pulley. You will know right away if there'* a problem. It should turn smooth.

Ya, taking it off is easy, post up pictures of what you find if you can.

i did some work last nite, i removed my EGR and put the penny in there, i noticed some sorta oil coming outa the lim, kinda smelt like gas! is that normal?
Tried fixing my exhaust leak and that was a total failure lol (side question, has any one used exhaust sealants? do they work around joints?)
checked the oil level on the SC and it was good
ill try removing the belt tonight

The EGR may have been leaking and fowled the IC core.

Air with oil in it. I would leave an oil deposit.
