Default 93 Bonneville Brake senor alarm Ding Ding Help

Our 93 Bonneville Brake light has been on for years but now the stupid Ding Ding alarm keeps going off sometimes for a half hour other times its not on. I have a mind to unhook the senor wires directly from the calipers.
What is the problem and how can I fix this ???
Thanks Guys

Check your brake fluid level

If it turns out to not be a fluid level or fluid sensor issue, try this: Push up on the e-brake pedal with your foot. If the dinging stops and the light goes off, then all you need is a new return spring.

Thanks
Neither suggestion helps
It seems to have something to do with the traction control or when you make a sharp turn...that is what sets it off most of the time ???
Ideas ???

Traction control should have no effect on the brake light. That light generally only comes on when the fluid is low. Also, sharp turns tend to trip this light because the fluid will slosh about exposing the sensor. I've seen this several times. Add a little fluid and the problem goes away.
