Default Parking light/fog lamp issue

So after sitting outside all winter (I know, not very good), I charged up the battery on my Bonne and decided to take her out for a little romp. A day before that when I took it off the charger and started it up, there was a relay chattering in the passenger side fuse box. Figured out it was the fog light relay. As I don't use them anyway I just pulled the relay thinking it just went bad. Fast forward to the end of my play session, and I turn it off and go to go inside and realize my tail lights are on really dim. Looking, I realize the parking lights and the dash lights are also on really dim. Mess around with the switch, turn the car and and off, no change (when the car is on the lights and everything are full brightness). Realized the yellow light on the fog light switch is on whether the switch it in the on or off position, but with the switch in one position (I don't recall whether its on or off at the moment) then the dim lights go away, but the yellow indicator is still on. I just flipped the switch to turn off the dimmed lights and called it a night. It sat yesterday and this morning I felt like driving it, and the battery is dead.

I'm assuming water got somewhere over the winter, and I haven't had a chance to even start to troubleshoot. Hopefully someone knows what'* up and can save me some time.

I searched but didn't find anything. I apologize if this has been covered.

I would start first by getting a replacement fog light relay back in there.
Then with car running see how the rest of the lights work.
You may also now have a very weak battery, and having a load test performed is required.
Cars can do some real strange things when the battery is not up to speed.
