Default Driveability issues 98 grand prix

sorry if i'm posting this in the wrong section. Really hope somebody can help!

It all started about two months ago, ive been trying to find and solve the problem (half assed) but now i'm just sick of it. I was driving to work and i noticed i had no power steering.. car had randomly stalled.. Running bad don't exactly remember the instance but running bad on the way home. The prolonged problem is on a start up most of the time it will chug on idle right away, mostly fluctuating from about 600-700 to 1000 or so.. somebody alittle less minor loping but most of the time is pretty bad. Also while driving over 35-40 if i get off the gas it will act like it wanted to die than regain itself. DRop to about 1200 rpms or 1000 real fast then regain running idle. Can smell gas sometimes.. most of the time.. don't think its the fuel pressure regulator because i'm having trac light issues also.. sometimes will start the car get it running but slighlty holding the gas at about 1200 rpms or highwe if needed.. sometimes it is greatly needed to be higher. We ran codes awhile back only got a maf code and no misfires when operating at a good idle.. i can get it to a good idle and will usually maintain the idle after i get on the gas right on start up.. Replaced MAF, replaced IAC.. What do you guys think? too tight on cash to be just guessing.. apparently my obd sensor is blown/broke so i need to get a new one tomorrow to run codes again.. but i doubt any will even come up.. could really use your guys opinions!

First off, guessing isn't going to get anywhere other than a lot of money spent on the parts cannon.
Get the car scanned for any codes. Even a Pending or History code is better than nothing. Once we get that info, we will go from there. In the mean time, what things have been done in the past 6 months/year maintenance wise?

Also, please do not use "please help" in the title. We already know you need help because you posted a question here.

Pull the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator and smell the vacuum line for gasoline. If you smell gasoline replace the FPR. Other than that, do as Mike suggests and get it scanned for DTC'*. Autozone will scan it for free. Let us know what the codes are.
