its a L32 NOT a L67 in the GP you saw

L32 is the supercharged Series III 3800

there is NO GTP in the 06 MY because the GXP replaced it as the top dog in the line up. the GT recieved the Series III L32

IIRC the 05 & 06 GP GT'* came with the L32 after they dropped the GTP trim and started production of the GP GXP

Not to steal the thread, but I read that the series III does not require premium. Is that true?

I think I read somewhere that everything on the S3 N/A is the same as the S2 L36 except for an aluminum intake manifold. Is that correct ?

I saw a 2005 Grand Prix GTP with an L32. It had a window sticker from a dealer, and I could see GTP written on the car. I guess the change happened in 2006 and later on. As I recall with the G6 cars, GTP was changed to GXP, and the GTP styling went to the GT, which is now not convertible. So I heard, I think. I might have something mixed up. I guess I just don't care because there'* no more SSEi badging...

Where'* the original post?

Kinda defeats the purpose of having a thread with no point of origin.
