HELP 1995 bonneville water pump removal
I am about to pull my hair out. I am in the processes of removing a water pump from a 1995 bonneville that is an SSEI. I have taken the motor mount off and have removed all bolts off the water pump except the one closest the the firewall. It is behind the bracket that holds the alternator and power steering pump on. Can someone please tell me in detail how to move this bracket? what bolts i need to remove. I see that the metal heater lines are also in the way preventing the bracket from moving forward very much. What do I have to do with the heater pipes? I think I need to remove three bolts circled in the pictures. What wrench or tool do i use to remove the bolt circled in red. I can't get a socket on it or the box end of a wrench on it because of the clip in front of the bolt. The bolt circled in green is another one i need to know what tool to use to remove. the bolt i need to get out on the water pump is where the orange arrow is.

still not off
Ok I am now into this for 27 hours and still don't have the pump off. I had to go to sears this morning and buy a swivel socket and finally removed the two bolts i could not get to (three total on the bracket). The bracket still does not budge. There is a bracket that goes to the two metal heater hoses in the picture . I took the nut off on the stud that holds the metal heater hoses but there is a nut on the same stud but behind the bracket. my question is is that a stud that goes through the main bracket into the block? I can't get a wrench on it , so the only way i can get the brackets out of the way is to cut them and then put a socket on the back nut. I think that is what is holding the alternator/ power steering bracket from moving. can someone verify that I am right before I cut the metal heater hose brackets or tell me another way to do this.

This may help. https://www.gmforum.com/mechanical-134/water-pump-removal-279222/ I don't recall needing to remove the bracket to remove the water pump. Look at the pictures and make sure all the bolts are off the water pump. Once that is done the pump may only be stuck in place and need a little help.

I'm also about to pull my hair out!!! I'm replacing the water pump on a 1995 Bonneville SE. I have the water pump swapped out, but now I have to put the power steering pump back in. I had to pull the PS Pump in order to get the last bolt out of the water pump. How the heck do you align the bolts on the PS pump? I'm stumped........The entire process was easy up until now. There is no way to know if you are even remotely close to having the bolts lined up!!!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
