i cant see anything My driver information center screen, 99 gp gt, if the sun hits it i can sorta see some of it. The buttons along the side of it still light up with the rest of the cars interior light. Is this just a replaceable fuse? Lightbulb? Or do i need an all new d.i.c?

There'* 3 bulbs in the center, GM Part # 16151234 (pkg of 2) or as an option some guys have used Sylvania 24 LL bulbs.

Pull off the dash trim, release the two tabs and unplug it. Release the 5 tabs holding the faceplate on, then remove 2 screws (Torx #10 iirc) Pull the screen/circuit board forward and down to release the tab at the bottom, and you'll see the three blue bulb sockets on the back. Just twist & pull them out.
