Question '94 Bonneville "bucking"

I have a '94 Bonneville that acts like it is bucking at certain throttle settings and usually while slowly depressing the accelerator pedal (slight load), like starting to go up a hill or increasing speed. If I push the accelerator pedal down fast (like in passing) the bucking isn't that noticeable. I did have a check engine light, and when I scanned the computer, it said I had a throttle position sensor problem. I changed the sensor and the code cleared.
My wife drove the car from St. Louis to Freeland, Pa., and no check engine light, but had the "bucking" problem. I did chnge the plug wires not too long ago.
Thanks in advance for any input on this problem...
