i dont have exact diagrams for that car, but radios generally have two power sources, one on the key which appears to be working, but the one thats hot all the time to keep your settings seems to be off or intermittent. there may be a fuse or a bad connection

Do you have the model number of the radio?
I am guessing you tied both power wires into your ACC, usually it is a red and a yellow wire, if my memory serves me correctly most head units red wire is for constant 12v, and the yellow would go to the wire that looses power when the key is not in the ACC or ON position.
Did you get a proper wiring harness for your model of car?
Or did you cut wires?

you are correct will. assuming you wired it correctly, and the radio fuse is good, i would wire the yellow wire to something that is hot with the key off. say the cigarette lighter or something of the sort.

Glad to know I was not wrong, I used to work on car audio quite a bit years ago, been a while though...
I know you meant to say wire the yellow wire to something not hot with the key off, just making sure they know what you meant so they do not get it wrong again.
