Houston, We've got a few problems
Okay, Heres how it is, I don't drive my car during the week, just on the weekends, when its actually nice outside...
First weekend car ran 0.0 KR until it hit 3rd gear at WOT then it would pull 3 or so degrees.
It never pulled any midrange KR before..
That first tank was 92 Octane Mohawk Premium.
After that tank I ran a tank of Esso 91 octane, Last week..It pulled a bit more KR...timing was down from 18-20 to about 15-18
Today, on that same tank of gas 25F outside I was pulling about 3 degrees of KR in second gear around 2500 rpm while accelerating..about 15 degrees of timing.
LT fuel trims are 16.4 at WOT in any gear.
40 PSI fuel pressure idle..and it will spike to 58 if i hit it hard while in park (only way I can check right now)
Today, I gassed it up with Esso 91 again...WOT it will hit about 3 degrees of KR now but its only pulling like 10-12 degrees of timing, this is with the 3.4 press on pulley..
Is it possible that one octane point can cause this much greif?
I cant tell anything in the butt dyno other than it pulls friggin hard in all gears...
Yestuday I did a highspeed run on a deserted highway, upwards of 137 mph WOT, no KR at all....
wtf?

probably the maf might be dirty so its is not reading the correct amount of air coming in. Clean it first. Clear the PCm and try again. Check you fuel trims if you still have a lean issue dial the AFPR up a little and try again. Tunning a fun an patient process

FPR is pretty much as high as it will go right now...
it tosses a PO171 at idle when its cold sometimes when its still in closed loop mode.
Ill have to pull my MAF off, and maybe toss the other one on there, its clean..
hmmm
