Default "Super Turbos" so disapointed!

Today I took the car to install the Super turbos... I hear no diffrence to the stock ones.
I know I have a stock cat & the resonator, but I had asumed that there would be a diffrence in the sound. Now Im thinking that even with the high flow cat there wont be an noticeable diffrence. So Im thinking of removing the resonator.
Would there be a loss of any kind of power in doing this? (I like it loud).

Don't remove the resonator. It'll sound ricey, raspy, and poppy.

I don't know about the turbo mufflers, but I do know that the Magnaflow cat made a huge difference in the sound of our stock exhaust system on our '03.

Bone stock, you couldn't hear anything, now with the Magnaflow cat there is a noticable little rumble at idle. Nothing huge, or very loud, but it did make a noticable difference in tone and volume of our system.

From 0 to a 100. I give it a 0.

Ive been driving my TA with a high flow cat & no mufflers. I think it sounds great, specially at WOT. The bonneville right now sounds like my dads Caravan. :?

A V8 with no mufflers will sound much different then a V6.

From the little bit I understand about a turbo muffler is that they are just a higher flowing "quiet" muffler. They will give some sound, but not much.

I think my Super Turbo sounds great. Obnoxiously loud in a good way. Don't compare yours to mine though, you are a NA S2, while I am a S1 L67.

I always thought those mufflers got louder as they burned in. Maybe give them some time?

Yup. Mine are currently at peak loudness. At first they are EXTREMELY quiet, then gradually break in.
