it should fit. u might have to have the motor mounts if it doesnt have them. and u will have to have a fuel pump for a 03 bonne ssei. some of the other guys on here will know more about doing the swap.

Yes, you'll need the fuel pump. As well as the axles, and factory service manuals for both cars. You will be buried in spaghetti on this job.
The mounts between the PA ultra and your car are different. You will have to use your mounts.
