Just had case learn done
Got case learn on new Intense PCM , how do you know if it was accepted by the car
I am no connaseur(sp) of motors and trans , it seems to shift smoother and havent gone WOT is there an easy way to tell.

When it'* done by the dealer it tells them it has been learned. If it fails it tells them. I would assume they would tell you it failed unless there just money hungry. Some GM vehicles will set a code if it'* not done. Don't think that applies to the bonne'* though.

Well it was the service guy who did it and we both read and followed instructions I got off the net.No ses light though and it didnt fail so I hope im good . thanks

It work , because you feel softer shift, this reset the learning procedure and this is why you have soft shift, it will be back to normal gradually.
