well all L36 i think they have KR i had 5 to 6 degrees KR before and now whit all my mod i still see some peek of 2 degrees KR so you do gain from colder plugs on a L36

spark plugs are nothing more than a supporting mod... we went through this a while back when someone claimed that they gained like 2.5hp per plug because they used denso iridiums. but yeah, willwren is right

where not talking about kind or make of plugs here but 1 heat range colder plugs that a big difference ive been building engine and track testing since 1973 and its a fact that colder plug for performance will help

Both my cars are 95 (and i love them, so i am kinda biased lol)
As for my thoughts, do a CAI, 180 stat, 1 range cooler plugs (definently not going to hurt, and probably will help), fan override. That is a great start, can be done cheap, will be felt, and will help your motor.
Also have to agree about doing new LIM gaskets, New UIM, and while you are in there, there is no reason not to port the LIM.
As for my thoughts, do a CAI, 180 stat, 1 range cooler plugs (definently not going to hurt, and probably will help), fan override. That is a great start, can be done cheap, will be felt, and will help your motor.

It seems that every 95 Bonneville with Stock programing will run 19* of advance at WOT.... I have heard that some of the other 3800 L36 powered cars will advance as much as 24* at WOT....
At the least Gut the air box and get a Good free flowing filter... Port the Lower intake while you are there for the lower gaskets... Somewhere along the line add a High flow kitty cat... Possibly Ported PEM'*.... Its all worth it
