Default FAILURE'*

Anything you've done to your ride that didn't work out as planned, or worse cost you lost performance, additional $,*, or down time. I know during the build up on my 70 C-10 I made many mistake'* like too big of a card, too much fuel=slower not faster. 200R4 stock won't hold together with 400 horse'* hence back to the 350 trans. with a rebuild after 500 miles. Also you can list your best success or biggest bang for your BUCK

I bought my ride with a flow master and it is a low-end torque robber without a CAI installed. On a sc its ok but a now sc with a big exhaust is a torque robber. Now of course if you buy an angry duck air intake you are going to be fine.

An exterior mod that I tried that didn't work was the clear LED lights. I cleared my corner lenses and tried to put them in to finish the effect but the lights system went AWOL with LED'* in. So until we can find a way around that, stick with stock or direct replacement bulbs.

Biggest failure?

Probably going through set after set of police strobe lights in my headlights. I'm done with that, they can't take any hint of moisture in the air.

Mine was probally my first attempt at painting a car! I didn't have a garage so I painted it outside on a nice sunny day. Everything was going fine, paint was drying when all of a sudden some ******* came down the back alley racing by & throwing dust up into the air! I was so pissed! Well live & learn!

My biggest failure is those frigain bosch spark plugs in my car. They should be a warning label on those thing, like cigarettes. My car was studdering and surging and it didn't know what to do. Thankfully I got those iridium spark plugs coming from NGK. Those are expensive. Actually they already came but I can't put them in!!! I'm at college and my car is all put away right now!!!

BTW...what do you think of my quote under my signature??

It'* weird cuz I had the bosch in my old 92 SE and it worked fine. I actually put the bosch plus 4s in there. You know the ones with 4 cathodes (or is it electrodes?). I forget which piece it was. But anyway they worked fine and as far as I know they are still in there. I sold it to my cousin and he didn't say anything about a problem with the plugs.
