that suckz..u jus killed my dream lolbut i guess it does make sense...i thought allthey did with the ssei was jus add a SC on it. like as in durin production...they made the se wit the stock engin...then wit the ssei they jus took the same engine (with no mods) and threw a SC on it?

Yes, the simple way is to sell the car and go buy a car with the blower already installed by GM.

or search for a wrecked sc car. someone recently posted one for 650. something like that would be ideal for a swap. you can swap the entire drivetrain. and still pay a lil cheaper inurance too.

ok while lookin around a seen a Series II L67 supercharged engine for around 500. is that a easy swap for my car or i have to look more into the specs and all? and i understand id still have to get a drivetrain

It won't be cost-effective until you find an ENTIRE donor car. You want the engine, trans, wiring harness, PCM, and axles, and preferably the subframe. Then you need the factory service manuals from both cars. You'll be doing alot of cutting and splicing.
Ever done an engine swap before? If not, I suggest you sell your car and buy an SSEi.
