yep.....I think 3.25" to 3" will fit but ask bill I just sent him my 3.5 to 3.0 dont know how well that one fits.

If you ordered Autozone Part # 8219, the sleeve that comes with the pipe works fine! And this is coming from someone who has a 95 with the pipe on it.

I think the 3.5" to 3.0" will work, but I am interested to see how Bill'* fit. I'd be getting the same one...

Haro told me when I had Morty'* 95 that his Dad the mechanic was able to use the coupler that came with the pipe.

It'* very eaxy. Catch the bottom edge on the TB...with your hands inside the coupler..lift up and slide it on the rest of the TB... clamp down.

Will this CAI work on a 1994 SSEi? Also are any modifications required to get it to fit?

Yes, it'll work on all 87-05 Bonnevilles. You may have to cut the length of the pipe depending on filter choice.
