zex is definitely the safest and easiest way to go. sounds like you have the necessities. "do you know anywhere that fills bottles?" is definitely a question to ask yourself. go dry though, because fuel can be an issue with wet (make sure you use a higher octane).

when you use nitrous or a smaller pulley on a SC, this adds more oxygen to the cylinders. by doing this, it makes the plugs get hotter, if the plug isnt cold enough(meaning its ability to transfer its heat away from itself), the ground strap and electrode may start to glow. if this does, you will have detonation, ( the plug firing the cylinder before the piston is all the way to the top) trust me, you dont want this, its aways good to start too cold than too hot.

Just to throw numbers out, suppose your plugs are designed to run at 800deg and nitrous adds 300 degrees, well suppose their melting point is 1000deg, you're going to turn them into a glowplug and pre-ignition is going to happen. But then suppose you have the same 1000deg melting point and same 300deg difference but with plugs that normally run at 500deg, you'll be in the safe zone. Making sense? Of course these numbers are waaay off and only used to illustrate the point.
