95 was a special year. If you had an SSEi then, you had an OBD 1.5 Series 1 L67, the exact same as in 94.
The 94 non-supercharged cars had OBD 1.5 and an L27, and the 95s had OBD 1.5 but an L36.
In fact, in 95, the 3800 minivans still used OBD 1.5 and an L27.

Crazy stuff.

Engine combo'* had nothing to do with which OBD you had. It was all based off the Federal mandating and when GM completed it. 95 is OBD 1.5 for all GM that I am aware of.

as for that */c, you cant tune it.. so i think its useless

You can't tune the Bonneville'* PCM. I'm not sure about the cadillacs. However, there are other engine management systems you can use for tuning. Where there'* a will (and money), there'* a way.
