Paul, do you happen to have any data before and after on temps of the TB?
Unfortunately on my Bonne I accomplished the TB cooling a little differently by blocking off the EGR and using a 160 stat.
Stock the TB was running about 220 F
After removing the EGR it dropped to match the coolant temp.....180 with the 180 stat, then 160 with the 160 stat.
After completely blocking the coolant passages when I installed the Gen V, the TB temp is now about 120 F with the 160 stat.......as long as I don't turn off the engine.
It only really heats up to 160 after heat soaking with the engine turned off after it'* warmed up.
I dropped the after SC temps about 50 F total for about a 5% hp increase due to cooling alone.
