Default l67 swap

I have come across a complete setup including the wiring harness for a l67 swap. This is going to go into my SLE. I will start out by saying that I want to do at least a cam and exhaust I was thinking of going with the intense stage 2 HC package but someone said not to and it is a waste of money. the goal for this car is to be a well mannered street car but will run when asked to my goals are somewhere in the low 13 to high 12 mark. I want the coveted WTF look when they race me. mostly I got a kid with a lightly modded gtp that told me when I get the swap done he wants to see how we compare. he is doing intake and exhaust that I know of. My thooughts for this are a s1x cam and a set of tog headers or pacesetter if they will fit, a full dyno tune along with a hp tuners setup. I want to do the cam while the engine is out and easy to get to. is there anything else that I should get to make my goal reality. I am not going to beat on it hard all the time but to know I have the power if I need it is waht I am going for

tranny included in that "setup"? you'll need it

the stage two is not going to even come close to high 12'*, look to spend several thousand dollars to get in that range...

Pushing that kind of power, if the trans is higher in mileage... you want to consider a rebuild.

Add a Gen V blower to your list and 13'* will be yours. 12'* are tough to get to.

I am just going to say that I am looking allaround and I realize that there is opinions about everything but I am also looking for proven setups

I have been on clubgp. Most of those failures are due to poor cam installs(i.e. reused old parts that should have been changed) or they were done incorrectly. Done "Correctly" like all things the right cam will make a Kickass daily driver. If I had the facilities I would have a cam in my car by now.
